2. Credit Card and Payment Information

Foodiva Meals uses a direct payment gateway platform supplied by Stripe, to securely collect credit card payments. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Foodiva Meals does not share payment information with third parties.

3. Information Provided in Optional Surveys

Foodiva Meals periodically asks members to participate in online surveys or to fill out online questionnaires concerning topics such as the advertising effectiveness and customer satisfaction. All surveys and questionnaires are optional and the information collected will not be associated with any user’s personal information. Information gathered through such online surveys/questionnaires will not be shared with third parties.

4. Other Information You May Voluntarily Provide

From time to time, Foodiva Meals collects third-party email addresses or other contact information from our users and customers so that Foodiva Meals may send information to their friends and family on an as-requested basis. For example, Foodiva Meals collects email addresses when a customer provides us with that information so that we may send out Referral Coupons.
